THE BOBKER GROUP, a family owned group of companies and partnerships, has bought, sold and developed in excess of several billion dollars of residential and commercial real estate over the past thirty years. The Group began in Sydney, Australia, and branched out into Los Angeles in the early 1980s and New York City in the late 1990s.
From offices in mid-town Manhattan, THE BOBKER GROUP, headed by brothers Ben, Eli, and Avi; second-generation of the business, has focused on mid- to large-scale high quality "ground-up" residential projects and condominium conversions in the Tri-State area, totaling around a million square feet.
With an eye towards value-added design and development concepts, we continue - in conjunction with a wide array of highly experienced real estate lawyers, architects, engineers, designers, expediters, contractors, brokers and reputable lending institutions - to locate “deals” despite New York’s highly competitive market, a demonstration of our knowledge of the industry and a willingness to execute a wide range of deals.

and syndicating multi-family apartment buildings on the East Coast/mid-West area
